The franchisee will be given of "BREWERS THE COFFEE BAR"

All the project costs shall be borne by the franchisee

Royalty 6% of net sales will be paid by the franchisee to the Company per month.
Operating Charges 2% optional.

Responsibility of taking All legal permissions and licenses will be of franchisee.
Company shall guide and provide all help to get all licenses & permissions

All cost of taking legal permissions and licenses shall be borne by the franchisee.

The company shall provide all the required support for running and making the
project profitable terms of planning, designing and implementing systems of the café.

The franchisee fee is non refundable and one time fee only.

Other terms and conditions will be mentioned in the detailed franchisee agreement.

The franchisee has a contractual right to the Company's latest products
or innovations on the same concept at no cost.

Any conflict pertaining to the franchisee agreement shall be subject to Vadodara jurisdiction.

Locaion selection & feasibility Report preparation.

Signing of Letter Of intent by both Franchisee and the Company

75% franchisee fee shall be paid at the time of Signing Letter of intent.(LOI)

Start of work at shop, fixing of contractors.

Ordering of Machinery and equipment.

staff hiring and training.

fixing of Raw material suppliers.

signing of detailed Franchisee Agreement and payment of balance
25% franchisee fee.

opening of café and start of operation AND Payment of refundable Deposit
